Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a styling service or buy a gift voucher from Colour & Style, run by Anastasiia in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Booking a session

You can request a session through the booking form on this website. Your booking is confirmed once I have replied to agree a date and time and you have paid the deposit.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each service page and include everything listed for that service.
• To secure your date I ask for a 50% deposit, which I invoice when we confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due one day before your session.
• For in-person sessions outside Leeds and the areas listed on this website, travel costs are added to your booking. I will tell you the amount before you confirm.

Rescheduling and cancelling

If something comes up, let me know as soon as you can and we will find a new time that works for you. I do not charge for rescheduling.

If you booked online or by phone, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund. If you ask me to start your session within those 14 days and then cancel, I may deduct an amount for the service already provided. After the 14-day period, or once the service has been fully provided, deposits and payments are not refundable, but you can always reschedule.

If I ever have to cancel a session, I will offer you a new date or a full refund of what you have paid.

Online sessions

Online sessions take place by video call at the agreed time. Please make sure you have a stable connection and, for colour analysis, good natural light. If a technical problem on my side stops the session, we will rearrange it at no cost.

Personal shopping

During personal shopping sessions you decide what to buy and pay the retailer directly. Returns, refunds and faults on anything you buy are covered by that retailer’s own terms.

Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are sold through Gift Up and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Each voucher covers the service named on it, at that service’s price.
• Personal shopping is not available by voucher, as it is offered only to existing clients.
• To redeem a voucher, mention its code when you book.

My advice

Colour and style advice is personal and based on my professional training and experience. I will always do my best to help you feel confident, but results depend on your own choices, so I cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

Liability

I am responsible for providing my services with reasonable care and skill. I am not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for costs of anything you choose to buy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
